d-FORMED : A personal Journey by Kev Howard

10 January to 23 April 2017

d-FORMED is an auto-biographical and highly personal series of visually striking photographs, comprising challenging and beautiful images that embody disability and the surgical experience.

Surgery is what many disabled people often undergo over a lifetime to be able to function. It is a physically and emotionally painful experience, being hidden within the taboo sphere of disability.

These powerful yet sensitive images will challenge the viewer to think about disability in differing ways, highlighting the very human experience and impact of surgery.
